I would just like to express my thanks for the Care & Support you and your team have provided over the last few years with out which Mum most lightly would not made it this far. Please pass my thanks on to the team.

I just received a call from the clients husband to advise that they are very happy with all care provided and that it couldn't be better. That there is the same team of staff coming in all the time has made all the difference.

Despite my Father's many health problems he took comfort from your cheery and caring staff. You all did all you could for him and we all appreciated this.

We would like to say a very big thank you to you, and your team, for all your kindness and patience throughout your care for Mum. It was, we acknowledge, all this care and attention which enabled Mum to live in her own home for so long, this was greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of my Uncle & Auntie while I was away. It was reassuring to find that they were so very well looked after and it is much appreciated.

To confirm, district nursing reported that transfer went well and smoothly today and MRS X has arrived safely

in Kircubbin at NOK's home. NOK really appreciates all the support and care your team have offered to

MRS X the years she has been in Ards, and I wanted to thank you myself for your on-going support and care

that you have offered to support her living at home and supporting the district nurses with call times in Ards.
